We buy frame moldings from leading manufacturers in Europe, mainly Italy and Spain. Gradually, we have a large and varied collection, we have high quality requirements and put a lot of work into picking out models that follow the latest trends.
Passepartout
Lundeby is a dealer of mat cutters from Gunnar Switzerland. Gunnar is for many in the industry the reference among such machines. Several frame makers in Norway have used Gunnar machines for a number of years without any problems, and are aware that Gunnar is still the first choice!
Lamination and mounting
HOT PRESS is a total supplier of lamination and mounting products.
This applies to both technical equipment and consumables. We stock the most in-demand products and formats from HOT PRESS.
If you need other products, we can order this. We have regular shipments every month. If you order by the 5th of each month, we can usually deliver by the end of the month.
Supplies
We also sell accessories such as multi-knives, spray, cloth, wire, nail guns, rulers, tape and spare parts.
Lundeby as a framework supplier
The history of Lundeby starts back in 1949. It started with bookbinding activities, which are still running, and after a few years we also became a supplier of presentation material to the photography industry. At the end of the 80's, we also became a supplier of frames to professional photographers, photo shops and frame shops. There were both imported finished frames and frames from own production.
Over the years, sales of moldings and frames to the frame industry have been increasing. We buy lists from leading manufacturers in Europe, mainly Italy and Spain. Gradually, we have a large and varied collection, we have high quality requirements and put a lot of work into picking out models that follow the latest trends.
Lundeby focuses on the framework industry. Part of the investment is that we are a dealer of Gunnar passepartout carvers. We perform service and repairs on the machines and stock regular consumables. All the lists we present in the catalog are in stock and we are constantly increasing our range with new products and services. We also have our own courier car on a regular route in Eastern Norway to provide the best possible service!
An important part of Lundeby's production is printing services. We have a high level of expertise and a state-of-the-art machine park for the production of images. We use Epson large format printers and are certified Digigraphie Lab. In addition, we have the opportunity to print directly on aluminum, plexiglass and wood with our new Flatbed printer. Lundeby can be your partner in the reproduction of art!

Frames
The frames in the Lundeby Frames collection are carefully selected from some of Europe's leading quality manufacturers. The frames are produced under strict quality requirements in both standard sizes and special sizes. All frames can also be delivered with the desired mat in relation to the cut-out and color. The profile, colors and design of the mouldings have been selected to satisfy the Scandinavian taste in relation to style, design and interior design trends.
Lundeby Frames is an internally produced frame and you can therefore choose between several types of glass in the frames. Standard is anti-reflective acrylic glass. The glass prevents reflections in the image, has a high degree of UV protection and the risk of transport damage is minimal.
When using mats, we use glossy tempered acrylic glass (HC). It is scratch-resistant, color-neutral and has a high degree of protection against UV radiation.
Mat cutters
Lundeby is a dealer of mat cutters from Gunnar of Switzerland. Gunnar is for many in the industry the reference among such machines. Several frame makers in Norway have used Gunnar machines for a number of years without any problems, and are clear that Gunnar is still the first choice!
Even so, we have extensive experience with the use of these machines in our own production. Reliability, accuracy and flexibility are good characteristics of Gunnar's benefits.
At Lundeby, we have people who themselves use machines from Gunnar on a daily basis, and who are also responsible for support and service on machines at customers' premises. Lundeby has consumables and the most common wearing parts in stock.

Cold lamination
Major ink and paper manufacturers, such as Epson and HP, recommend that InkJet images be laminated for long-term and good durability.
At Lundeby, we use cold laminate as standard in our own production. Then the images get a surface as protection, and we are protected against color stings in the images that can occur when using heat.
We also use cold materials for mounting pictures and posters. For both lamination and mounting, a machine similar to the one shown in the picture is used.
Many photographers and frame makers have such machines themselves, and Lundeby stocks a wide range of materials that we deliver to our customers!
Hot lamination
Hot Press Vacuum presses have a patent-pending high-tech heating system which, through its accuracy and uniformity over the entire work area, opens up new possibilities in assembly and lamination.
Lundeby offers a wide range of materials, both for mounting and lamination, for frame makers and photographers.
We even use hot lamination in the productions of pictures on canvas. It is the only way to get a perfect result when the surface is structured. The image then gets a surface that is washable, and which also protects against marks and cracking. Vacuum presses are also well suited for straightening images before framing when they are not to be mounted.
